Description

LifeCycle is a community-friendly bike tour for cyclists of every age and skill-level. Five routes are offered with beautiful country scenery including Caddo and Desoto Parish and dipping into portions of East Texas. Pre-ride breakfast snacks, youth bike safety clinic, great rest stops, and an after-ride party with fully furnished lunch, music, and an after ride expo for sponsors will be provided. Caddo Parish Sheriff will provide traffic relief on the courses along with Yokem Toyota providing SAG for all routes. Links are provided below for all route maps.

Registration

Online registration is February 1^st - May 30th. Late registration will be available the day of the event. The first 250 adult and first 50 youth (14 and under) registrants will receive an event t-shirt and goody bag. A finish-line medal will be given to all youth (14 and under) who both ride and complete the free Youth Bike Safety Clinic offered at 9am. All registrants get a free entry for door prizes.

Carb-Load Dinner

A Carb-Load Dinner is on tap for Friday, May 31st @ 6pm which includes dinner and a movie this year. We are proud to announce that we are teaming up with director and producer, Stephen Auerbach, to offer the premier of Bicycle Dreams to Northwest Louisiana as part of Carb-Load Night. Both dinner and movie are open to the public. Dinner will be offered for $5, please RSVP by Tuesday, May 28th, if possible. And we would love for you to stay and view the premier of Bicycle Dreams starting at 6:30 for only $5 per person. Pre-registration, packet pick-up, and merchandise will be available for purchase.

Packet pick-up

Packet pick-up (Includes race bib, t-shirt, and goody bag) will be offered on Saturday, May 25^th from 10am-1pm at The Bike Pedaler and from 2pm-5pm at BIKES ETC. Packets can also be picked up at Carb-Load dinner and at check-in the morning of event. You will also be able to pick up any pre-ordered LifeCycle merchandise at each packet pick-up time.

LifeCycle 2013 Fundraising Reward Program

Our goal is to make this one of the premier bike tours of the region while raising funds for a wonderful cause. Please register as a fundraiser and earn chances at multiple fundraising rewards:

1) A pair of LifeCycle socks for raising $50 in donations.

2) A dry-fit T-shirt for raising $150 in donations.

3) A LifeCycle 2013 jersey for raising $250 in donations.

4) A pair of LifeCycle 2013 cycling shorts or bibs for raising $500 in donations.

Fundraising Bicycle Give-a-Way

Also for every $25 raised in donations, you will have a chance to win a Specialized Roubaix, Specialized Boy's Hotrock 20", or Specialized Girl's Hotrock 20".

*** Orders for jerseys, bibs, and shorts have been placed. There will be a limited number available at a first come, first serve basis. If your size is not available on event day, a post-event order of jerseys will be placed and arrive in August. You will be notified via e-mail or phone when items are available for pick-up at Heart of Hope.
